2024 Wrapped (Part I)

Well Lived: A Monthly Curated Collection by Isabella

Dear Friends,

Welcome to a bonus annual wrap-up edition - Part I, which focuses on content and knowledge including my favorite books, podcast listens, and content of the year. Keep an eye out for Part II, which will focus on habits and small changes with big impact.

As we approach the end of the year, I’ve taken the time to reflect on my favorite additions, subtractions, and mindset shifts from the past 365 days.

I will be taking a detour from our usual format to sharing them here with you, which I hope will inspire you ahead of the brand new year. Take and enjoy what speaks to you, and release the rest.

Without further ado, here are my favorite finds from this past year that have helped me create a life well lived.

 With love and light,

by Melody Beattie (I read this one daily!)

  • Atomic Habits, by James Clear

  • The 4-Hour Workweek, by Tim Ferris

Books I’m Currently Reading and Enjoying:

TOP LISTENS: PODCAST EPISODES THAT HAVE STAYED WITH ME

When I am in the mood for a podcast, the first one I go to is The Mel Robbins Podcast, as you can see from my list below.

I don’t know who needs to hear these, but I know I did! I have re-listened to
(or plan to re-listen to) all of these.

TOP FOLLOWS: CONTENT THAT IMPROVES MY LIFE

The Quiet Rich, by Jade Bonacolta

Category 1: Newsletters

Here are my favorite creators I started following this past year. The first two deliver weekly newsletters that I LOVE reading - they are short and actionable, and I always feel better for having read them. I’d consider these to be in the personal development category.

A mood board from À la Carte

À la Carte has brought me so much inspiration and joy since discovering it that I had to share it here as well - my favorite segment is the “Room Recipes.” Obsessed! This is a follow for inspired gift guides, fun lists, and interior design. I have come across so many great finds thanks to this.

Category 2: Youtube Channels

Codie Sanchez (owning small businesses & wealth generation)

Ali Abdaal (productivity & building a life you love)

Jillz Guerin (personal development & feminine embodiment)

 Nika Erculj (personal development)
